Clear answers about Sentra's AI-powered PTSD support for veterans, military personnel, and first responders.

About Sentra

Sentra is a 24/7, AI-powered mental health companion designed to support individuals experiencing symptoms of PTSD and trauma. It offers personalised coping strategies based on evidence-based techniques like CBT, EMDR-inspired grounding, breathwork, and mindfulness. Sentra is designed specifically for military personnel, veterans, first responders, and frontline workers.

Sentra uses secure, conversational AI to simulate real-time, supportive dialogue. The AI adapts to your experiences and emotional state, offering guidance, grounding exercises, and mental health tools tailored to your needs. It's not a replacement for therapy—but it is therapeutic, accessible, and confidential.

Sentra is for anyone who has served or currently serves in high-stress roles, including:

  • Military veterans and active-duty personnel
  • Firefighters and paramedics
  • Police officers and law enforcement
  • Emergency call centre staff
  • Healthcare and frontline workers
